A leading technology company in Baden-Württemberg, Germany is seeking an experienced project manager to lead customer projects and optimize financial performance. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including significant leadership in multi-national teams and financial management. You will be responsible for project P&L, quality management, and staff development. You will lead the resources that manage customer projects ensuring timely delivery, quality and profitability of the projects in the region. You will analyze the project and change requests to optimize regional profitability.
Your regional team is made up of ~150 resources, comprised of SW / HW Project Leads, Systems Engineers, and supporting project management, operations, and finance roles.
