• Analysis Optimization of maintenance activity (geography timing skills needed strategy preventive vs. curative) corresponding KPIs
• Develop and establish standard state-of-the-art tools
• Optimize processes (automatic planning spare parts management)

Operations

• Gain maximum operational experience
• Being in team-members shoes: Be the Maintenance Planner and Coordinator Role for appropriate geographies (preferrably Dutch-speaking Benelux or Germany)
