Your seat to fill:

  • Develop and execute the omnichannel sales strategies, tailored to regional market maturity competitive environment as well as customer and consumer behavior (glocalization) in very close alignment with the Cybex Group CEO and regional market leaders
  • Set and consolidate sales targets based on CEO-approved budget, aligning top-down guidelines with bottom-up market feedback to finalize targets across channels & markets
  • Establish sales forecasting and drive demand planning, ensuring reliable business planning
  • Build strong relationships across all relevant partners, channels and markets to optimize market access and presence
  • Execute brand excellence guidelines consistently across all channels and markets
  • Deliver sales targets by channels and markets, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
  • Ensure commercial excellence in local markets, including pricing, trade terms and sell-in/sell-out tactics and execution
  • Drive channel excellence by ensuring that sub-brands (e.g., Platinum, Gold, CBX) are distributed through their intended channels
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Controlling teams

  • Progressive experience across omnichannel sales environments, ideally combining retail, distributor sales, e-commerce, own stores, franchise, and multinational sales organizations. A background in a top-tier strategy consulting firm with a focus on sales and marketing strategies in the consumer goods sector is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in the premium or luxury segment and high-end specialty retail is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding strong consumer brands is a must
  • Deep affinity for lifestyle trends, design, and urban culture—these influences are a natural part of your perspective and approach
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with strong leadership capabilities; experienced in managing commercial performance across multiple channels (B2B and B2C), including planning, budgeting, financial steering, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proven ability to develop and execute both strategic and tactical sales and trade marketing initiatives with measurable results
  • International leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and managing diverse, high-performing teams across functions and geographies
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of delivering tangible business outcomes in terms of revenue growth, market share, brand visibility, and commercial success
  • Preferably brings multi-brand experience and understands the nuances of managing different brand identities under one portfolio
  • Multilingual communication skills; fluency in German is strongly preferred
