Jobtailor is seeking a Program Leader to drive AFL's Preferred Professionals Program (P3). The role involves leading the program, recruiting and onboarding installation partners, managing compliance, and maintaining strong relationships across markets.

Candidate should have vendor/partner management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record with enterprise deployments. Domestic US travel is required.

• Serve as program leader for AFL's Preferred Professionals Program (P3)
• Recruit, qualify, onboard and develop a national network of installation partners
• Develop and execute the P3 strategy
• Manage onboarding, qualification standards and compliance requirements
• Administer MSAs and program documentation
• Maintain databases covering partner certifications, insurance and licensing compliance
• Recruit new partners in strategic markets and expand geographic coverage
• Lead partner qualification assessments and recruiting events
• Maintain the strategic partner pipeline
• Serve as primary relationship manager for installation partners
• Conduct quarterly business reviews
• Publish monthly program communications and recognition programs
• Facilitate the annual API Partner Summit
• Forecast labor capacity requirements and support workforce planning
• Support major pursuits and ensure adequate labor capacity across markets
• Review PMO-generated scorecards and identify trends and corrective actions
• Recommend partner expansion, probation or removal
• Track program metrics and provide executive reporting
• Partner with PMO, Operations, Sales, Procurement and Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred
• Vendor/partner management experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with enterprise deployments and subcontractor networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours
• Must be able to work in the United States of America
• Willingness and ability to undertake domestic U.S. travel, including weekend travel as required
