Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to spearhead Direct Install programs across multiple regions in Germany. You will own cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating engineering, operations, analytics, and national accounts.

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures.
• Experience managing complex programs from planning through execution.
• Sales-adjacent experience with negotiating and influencing without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of 7-15 people in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with utility clients and energy efficiency program implementation strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial energy efficiency technologies strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-region program delivery and operations strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

Aufgaben

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, national accounts, and analytics teams across regions and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals.
• Evaluate customer and site requirements to determine Direct Install measures.
• Participate in contract and contract-change negotiations.
• Coordinate business plans, budgets, and financial terms.
• Coordinate schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with existing utility clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with National Accounts.
• Establish milestones, monitor program-plan adherence, and resolve problems via reallocation or renegotiation.
• Serve as primary customer contact and lead program reviews on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Analyze program problems and opportunities and recommend improvements to profitability.
• Drive scalable process improvements as Direct Install expands into new regions and programs.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience
• Working knowledge of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures
• Experience managing complex and risky programs from planning through execution
• Sales-adjacent experience with negotiating and influencing without direct authority
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of 7-15 people in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• MBA strongly preferred
• Direct experience with utility clients and energy efficiency program implementation strongly preferred
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial energy efficiency technologies and measures strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multi-region program delivery and operations strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
