• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and network operations teams to address client needs and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate, drive, and complete department-specific program implementation tasks.
• Submit programs to payment networks for review and approval.
• Train Partners on and monitor their use of the marketing submission portal.
• Manage the self-approval process for assigned Partners.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned Partners and their programs.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic Partner compliance reviews and complete findings reports.
• Remediate applicable Compliance Review findings.
• Meet and maintain department Service Level Agreements and Quality Review scores.
• Participate in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
