Anova is seeking a seasoned Lead-to-Value product and program manager to own end-to-end backlog and drive cross-workstream delivery across demand generation, Salesforce, ERP, field operations and billing.
You will build roadmaps for Lead-to-Value stages, manage dependencies, partner with implementation teams, and define adoption metrics with analytics. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Own the Lead-to-Value backlog end-to-end and maintain the L2V product backlog and project workspace
Build and maintain a roadmap across Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Ship-to-Install, and Install-to-Value
Sequence work based on dependencies in partnership with each stage’s business owner
Run cross-workstream discovery and synthesis with leads across demand generation, Salesforce, ERP, field operations, and billing
Build and validate dependency maps between workstreams
Write business cases for make-versus-buy decisions and specifications for shared dependencies and integration points
Partner with CRM and ERP implementation partners and Anova’s data and analytics team to create buildable, sequenced work
Define and instrument adoption and outcome metrics with the analytics team
Manage shared dependencies including pricebook consolidation, account data quality, and clean order data
Drive resolution of blockers before they affect milestones
Guide AI sequencing and decide what should be built once and reused across stages
Make build-versus-buy decisions involving common tools, custom APIs, dashboards, or agentic workflows
Represent Lead-to-Value in executive reporting and quarterly strategic planning
Partner with IT on workspace tooling governance and system configuration standards
Own outcomes related to sales and quote-to-cash velocity, ship-to-install efficiency, field inventory, billing accuracy, DSO, transaction costs, and cross-workstream dependency management
Establish a product backlog, metrics dashboard, decision/risk log, and operating cadence
Produce credible, data-backed executive reporting
Use clear written artifacts including specifications, one-pagers, dependency maps, and decision memos
Use LLMs for research, synthesis, drafting, and analysis
Define metrics and independently pull and interpret data in a modern BI tool
Demonstrates expertise in product and program management, with a focus on managing cross-functional business systems and revenue operations transformations. Proficient in utilizing Salesforce, ERP platforms, and BI tools to drive measurable business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
