PTC seeks a senior technical partner manager to lead Americas-facing partner engagements, assess architectures, and guide initiatives across channel partners and internal teams.

You will coordinate with Success, Product, and R&D to align Feasibility, drive adoption, and promote SaaS best practices globally.

Qualifikationen

• Serve as the Americas-wide technical point of contact for Channel partners, PTC Channel Account Managers, and PTC Partner Managers
• Provide clarity and visibility into partner technical requests, support ownership, and engagement status
• Ensure requests align with expectations of Partners within the PTC Partner Network program and associated guides and agreements
• Own each Partner Request end to end, from qualification and resource allocation through closed-loop process improvement
• Evangelize PTC technical content, product capabilities, and best practices
• Respond to partner questions about PTC solutions, APIs, deployment, and SaaS practices
• Guide partners through presale technical evaluation by validating architectures, solution designs, and feasibility
• Coordinate with Customer Success on account planning, adoption motions, and customer-centric success criteria
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on complex technical inquiries, escalations, and partner guidance
• Evaluate partner readiness and maturity, including architecture capabilities, team depth, and technical gaps
• Recommend training, certifications, and enablement paths
• Ensure partner-built solutions and integrations align with Windchill+ and other PTC architecture standards and SaaS guardrails
• Establish processes and tools for logging, routing, and tracking partner technical requests across the Americas
• Report partner support load, recurring issues, maturity trends, and capacity requirements to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of the Channel technical motion
• Promote new PTC product features, tools, and technical documentation to partners
• Present to partner executives, technical stakeholders, and PTC leadership

Requirements

• Strong understanding of PTC’s solutions and the wider partner ecosystem including Channel, GSI, Hyperscalers, and ISVs
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS technologies
• Ability to work across incomplete information and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities suited for partner and senior-level audiences
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing partner engagements while maintaining stakeholder visibility
• Highly organized with strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 8 years in customer or partner-facing technical roles
