What you can expect from us

• Design and further development of user interfaces for our software solutions (B2B, B2C)
• Development of intuitive and appealing UI designs, including interactive input forms and table designs
• Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas
• Collaboration with product managers, developers, and UX designers to implement design concepts
• Optimization of usability and interaction designs
• Creation and maintenance of design systems, interactive components, and style guides in Figma

What we would like from you

• Completed degree or training in UX design, media informatics, interaction design, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in UX/UI design and UX research ideally with a focus on software products
• Fluent in common design tools such as Figma
• Solid knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Creativity, a good sense of aesthetics, and a structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Navigate unclear, fast-changing contexts with quick exploration/prototypes/validates multiple directions
• Experienced with designing customer-facing AI interactions, creates service blueprints and covers edge cases
• Fluent with English; German skills desirable
