Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for multinational clients across various sectors.
• Design and implement intercompany pricing models aligned with business operations and global tax policies.
• Manage benchmarking analyses, documentation, and local file/global file requirements under OECD and German TP regulations.
• Advise on business restructurings, APAs, MAPs, and TP controversy matters.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop robust and defensible TP strategies.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional professional qualifications (e.g. Steuerberater, CPA, ACA, or similar) are an advantage.
• 5+ years' experience in Transfer Pricing within a Big 4 or leading advisory environment.
• Strong technical understanding of OECD Guidelines and BEPS developments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; German proficiency is advantageous.
