A major central bank in Frankfurt is offering a traineeship in the Information Governance Division. This role focuses on providing support for library users, managing information resources, and developing services to enhance knowledge accessibility. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in information management or related fields, experience with digital library tools, and excellent communication skills. You will be part of the Information Governance Division in the Directorate General Secretariat. Our Division has around 50 staff members providing the policy framework, services and tools to ensure ECB staff can access and make full use of internal and external knowledge and information.
The Library Services team is dedicated to meeting the evolving information needs of ECB staff. We provide support, advanced services and tools that simplify the retrieval, access and use of information. As part of the Information Governance Division, we are also involved in developing services that strengthen the ECB’s knowledge management and collaboration capabilities.
