We are looking for a Trainee Data Consultant (m / f / d) who is accountable, detail-oriented, and data-driven to join our Regional Access & Contracting team based in Monheim am Rhein, Germany. This position is limited to two years.

About the role

The Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring various databases and data sources to support all market access stakeholders. The role involves analyzing and interpreting data from the German healthcare system to assess opportunities and risks related to the positioning of the UCB portfolio. Additionally, you will manage and administer UCB’s rebate contracts.

Who you'll work with

You will report to the Head of Regional Access & Contracting and work closely with the Data & Contract Manager, as well as the commercial functions and market access field force.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze the German healthcare framework, including market development and general conditions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret relevant data from various market access and commercial sources to support strategy development for UCB's portfolio positioning.
• Collaborate with access medical, commercial, and EU APEX teams to base decisions on data.
• Conduct preliminary analyses for developing innovative projects with payers, in specific regions, sub-populations, or stakeholder groups.
• Assess the use and impact of value-based partnerships.
• Handle invoices and monitor existing contracts, tenders, and pricing in UCB markets.
