A global maritime solutions provider is looking for a Technical Trainer in Poland. The role involves developing and delivering technical training programs for internal service personnel and customers, ensuring they can operate and maintain equipment safely. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the maritime or shipbuilding industry. The position encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the use of modern instructional methods.

Do you have a strong technical background in the maritime industry and a passion for enabling others to succeed? MacGregor is now looking for a Technical Trainer with broad competence across merchant products, such as Hatch Covers, Steering Gears and/or Self‑unloader, to strengthen our Global Services Division.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our internal service engineers and external customers have the competence needed to operate, maintain and service MacGregor equipment safely and efficiently. You will combine solid technical expertise with modern learning methods to create engaging, practical and effective training programs.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Training and can be based in one of MacGregor’s major Global Services locations in Europe, such as Hamburg, Gothenburg, Kaarina or Gdansk, or another suitable MacGregor location depending on the candidate’s profile.
