• At least 2 years in technical support or application engineering in industrial automation.
• Overseas field service experience in Germany or Western Europe preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with sales engineers to understand customer needs and deliver technical solutions
• Participate in tender processes, including technical proposal writing, Q&A sessions, and on-site presentations
• Provide regular technical training and enablement for the sales team
• Conduct competitive analysis by collecting technical specifications, application scenarios, and strengths/weaknesses of major competitors in the region
• Lead equipment installation guidance, commissioning, and acceptance delivery at customer sites
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries and fault reports, providing remote or on-site diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services
• Deliver regular technical training to customers based on product operation and maintenance manuals
• Ensure product performance meets contractual requirements
• Optimize service processes and establish standardized technical support systems
• Contribute to the development of the German subsidiary's laboratory and showroom
• Collect localization improvement requirements from the European market and provide feedback to R&D
• Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering in industrial automation, smart assembly, or related fields
• Prior experience in overseas field technical service (especially in Germany or Western Europe) is preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient in mechanical transmission, electrical control, and automation software debugging
• Familiar with German and Western European industrial standards (e.g., CE certification, VDI specifications)
• Knowledge of production processes and technical requirements in the automotive or electronics industries

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (required) - must be able to conduct technical negotiations and write documentation in English
