Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of machines and systems at customer sites domestically and internationally, with approximately 50 percent travel
• Execution of functional tests and trial operations in collaboration with system integrators
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults and system malfunctions
• Training and instruction of customer personnel in system operation
• Documentation of completed work and preparation of service reports
• Handling service requests via ticket system or service calls when not traveling, either independently or in coordination with specialist teams
• Close collaboration with integrators and the service team to continuously improve processes

Qualifications
