Job description

Field Service Technician – Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics (Central / Northern Germany)

In this position, you will support our customers on-site as a Service Technician, providing effective and efficient solutions for our (special‑purpose) machines and systems, such as our high-speed presses.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, repair, and servicing of our (special‑purpose) machines and systems, as well as individual components
• Training of customer operating personnel
• Execution of functional and feasibility tests for customer‑specific requirements
• Support of customer trials in our technical center
• Close collaboration with our experienced back‑office service team

Profile

• Successfully completed qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Independent, goal‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset and approach
• Strong customer‑oriented quality and service awareness
• Willingness to travel and a Class B driver’s license
• English language skills are an advantage
