Responsibilities
  • Administer the Sales budget under your responsibility, including margin management.
  • Make regular visits to customers to maintain current business and develop new opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, whether with new customers or new products, aiming to improve margins, protect business from competition, and ensure its sustainability.
  • Conduct training sessions and technical seminars for customers, distributors, and/or representatives.
  • Actively participate in trade shows and events aimed at customers.
  • Discuss and define, together with the R&D team, the need for the development of new products.
  • Discuss and define, together with the Internal Sales Team, the service strategies for your customer portfolio.
  • Continuously improve customer relationships by involving other areas of the organization, going beyond individual relationships to develop company-to-company connections, thereby bringing the organization closer to the customers and contributing to enhancing our "customer centricity" culture.
  • Keep C4C updated regarding business opportunities and customer visits.
  • Issue a monthly sales report to monitor the activities of your customer portfolio.
  • Regularly analyze sales and margin indicators and define concrete actions to improve these indicators within your customer portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, preferably in Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Experience in technical sales and value-based sales. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
