Job Requirements:

Responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned territory promoting Industrial Filtration Products (Filter Bags & Roll Goods). Responsible for budget preparation, forecasting, opportunity tracking in CRM and selling exploring new markets for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to the sales of Alkegen filtration products.
  • Maintain strong customer relations with end users and OEM’s in assigned territory.
  • Assures that Customers are visited on a regular or needed basis and track face to face visits.
  • Target 40 to 50% travel.
  • Prepare Call Reports after each customer visit.
  • Track all opportunities in CRM (Dynamics) and update status weekly.
  • Assures that Alkegen’s market image is properly represented with the appropriate attendance of Trade Shows, Conferences, Panel Discussions, and etc.
  • Develop Key Account Plans with major customers.
  • Assist with preparation of the annual budget and provide monthly forecasting.
  • Track sales progress versus annual sales walk business plan.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of pricing strategies and product Price Lists per Corporate Pricing Policy.
  • Assist financial department in collection of late receivables.

Must be able to work extended hours when required

Qualifications / Experience
  • 4-year College Degree, BS
  • 5+ years of Industrial Filtration Sales Experience
  • Spreadsheet Knowledge (e.g., Lotus, Excel), Analytical Ability, Variance Analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, oral/written skills.
  • Be a team player and display high levels of leadership traits.
  • Be a high-level performance Manager.
  • Ability to travel and meet customers as required.
