As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in bridging cross-functional collaboration between IT, domain experts, and product teams to drive efficient and high-quality project execution. With a strong focus on delivering value and achieving product goals, you will establish and maintain project management best practices and frameworks, continuously refine processes, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the Scrum process is followed and that teams adhere to Agile principles, supporting alignment across teams and ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of technology-driven products and initiatives.

Your Role in More Detail:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) for multiple development teams
• Remove impediments through collaboration with all involved departments, shielding the team from external distractions and ensuring focus on value delivery
• Create and manage product backlogs for multiple products in collaboration with Product Owners
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and gather input for product development
• Promote continuous process improvement and foster transparent communication across teams
• Support development teams in their day-to-day activities and coach them on Agile best practices

Product and Project Management:

• Manage key projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to risk management and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and infrastructure to ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned
• Develop and implement product roadmaps and project timelines for multiple products in parallel
• Analyze business requirements from ProductManagers, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure clarity across the development process
• Prepare regular project updates including KPIs and metrics, proactively flag risks, and communicate progress transparently across the organization
• Identify bottlenecks early and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum
• Lead sprint reviews and closely monitor implementation status and team velocity

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Robotics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management within the tech industry, particularly in SaaS products or intelligent technology initiatives
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and development toolsets used in product development
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with IT, engineering, and cross-functional project teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Excellent ability to analyze, compile, and refine user stories and technical requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Passion for innovation and emerging technology trends, particularly in tech and automotive industries
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus
