Zusammenfassung

Infosys BPM is seeking an On-Site Support Engineer to provide hands-on end-user support across Runkel and Bonefeld locations in Germany, with travel between sites as needed.

You will maintain PCs, install software, configure devices, and support MFA enrollment while resolving incidents within SLA, in a bilingual German/English environment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Mandatory.
• Willingness to Travel to client locations in Runkel & Bonefeld (e.g., Monday/Tuesday in Runkel, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday in Bonefeld).
• Language Proficiency – Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Experience – Prior experience in a customer-facing end-user support role (e.g., Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist).
• Experience with end-user computing environments and MFA setup support is a plus.

General Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Mandatory

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with EUC (End-User Computing) environments.
• Providing enrollment support to users after the setup of a new device (e.g., as part of the “New Joiner Process”)
• Supporting users during the MFA setup process (Authenticator, YubiKey, etc.)
• Experience with software and operating system installations and support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products and competing solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and manage changes within defined SLA guidelines.
