Aufgaben

• Deskside and field support delivering rapid on-site IT assistance.
• IMACD operations: installs, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, disposals.
• Hardware inventory, asset tracking, and refreshes on site.
• Specialized onsite services for vending, print, scanners, and IP telephony.
• Assist with meeting room tech, AV, and basic rack tasks; coordinate with vendors.

Reysion Technologies is hiring 8x Onsite IT Field Support Engineers (L1) to provide critical, hands-on IT infrastructure, deskside, and field services across key operational sites in Sindelfingen and Esslingen, Germany.

As an Onsite IT Field Support Engineer, you will be the physical "Hands & Feet" for local corporate and manufacturing facilities, supporting day-to-day desktop break-fix, laptop staging, peripheral setup, meeting room technology, and local hardware logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deskside & Field Support: Deliver fast, high-quality on-site IT support for end-users, resolving hardware and software issues (break & fix).
• IMACD Operations: Execute Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Decommissions, and equipment disposals for end-user computing (EUC) and local infrastructure.
• Hardware & Asset Logistics: Manage local IT hardware inventory, stock tracking, asset logging, and hardware refreshes.
• Specialized Onsite Services: Support IT Vending / Smart Support Hub machines, print services, factory floor scanners, handheld devices, and IP telephony.
• Smart Hands & AV Support: Assist with meeting room/conferencing equipment, basic rack/stack tasks in local server rooms, and third-party vendor facilitation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT deskside, field support, or hardware break-fix environments.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS deployment/imaging (Intune/SCCM), laptop setup, printer troubleshooting, mobile/handheld devices, and ticketing systems.
• Language Skills: Working German (B1/B2 level minimum) and English are required to interact directly with local site teams and operational staff.
• Compliance & Work Authorization: Must possess a valid Right to Work in Germany and be based locally or within easy commuting distance of Sindelfingen/Esslingen.
• SLA Focus: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict operational SLAs (95%+ target).
