Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing top-notch customer service. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers, both through remote support sessions and ticket analysis. You will collaborate with developers to identify and fix bugs, as well as with third-party vendors to address issues with their software.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer tickets, offering solutions or further troubleshooting guidance.
  • Conduct remote support sessions, including phone calls and remote access to customer computers.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues related to their products.
  • Document solutions in the company's Knowledge Base.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in coding projects related to error reporting and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Windows architecture.
