The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for owning and evolving Planet’s technical customer onboarding program, with the goal of reducing time to value and helping customers successfully adopt Planet data, tools, and workflows.
Sitting within the Education & Enablement team, this role works closely with Technical Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent, scalable onboarding experience across customer segments. The Onboarding Specialist leads the coordination of technical onboarding activities, contributes to live onboarding delivery, and plays a central role in designing and maintaining onboarding content, campaigns, and processes.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.
