Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small finance team
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual statements (HGB & IFRS)
  • Oversee GL, AP, AR & asset accounting
  • Improve processes and internal controls
  • Drive ERP enhancements in the finance domain
  • Support international consolidation & group reporting
  • Partner closely with plant management & production teams
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting & cost accounting
  • Support the digital transformation of the finance function
What You Bring
  • Commercial or finance qualification; Bilanzbuchhalter a plus
  • 3-5 years experience in finance / accounting, ideally in manufacturing
  • First leadership experience (or strong leadership potential)
  • Strong ERP skills + excellent Excel
  • German (C1) & English (B1+)
  • Structured, hands-on, collaborative mindset

Nice-to-have : IFRS, consolidation, cost accounting, digitalisation projects.
