Zusammenfassung

emagine in Munich seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions. You will craft sourcing strategies and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, guide candidates through interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or Active Sourcing.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and direct candidate engagement.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.

• Own the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of professional and specialist roles across different business functions, from intake meeting to successful hire.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through Active Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications and potential, and guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing a professional, transparent, and timely recruitment process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and share market insights and best practices with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and use recruiting data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.

• Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, potential, and overall fit for a role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, recruitment, and talent intelligence tools.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

The salary range for this position is €50,000–€60,000 per year, depending on the candidate's professional experience, relevant skills and knowledge, and educational qualifications.
