Jobtailor is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for office-based, skilled trades and technical roles in Germany. You will publish ads, source candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will handle contract preparation, onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and events, while maintaining strong German and English communication and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with the ability to manage recruiting processes independently.
• Experience with active sourcing.
• Experience using LinkedIn and comparable platforms to engage with candidates.
• Structured and self-directed approach to work.
• Willingness to contribute hands-on within a small HR team.
• Enjoyment of working with people.
• Confident communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Powershifters.
• Fluency in German.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical personality with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for numbers.
