In this versatile role you will be responsible for the recruitment for our service-oriented departments (Pharma, Operations and Quality) and you make a significant contribution to ensuring that we attract the right talent for Redcare Pharmacy. You ensure that we are perceived as an attractive employer for highly qualified professionals and that the application process is carried out professionally, transparently and with a service oriented approach. Because candidates for these departments are in a niche market, a different approach is needed, one that makes extensive use of social media. We are therefore looking for a colleague who is very active and familiar with social media tools.
The focus for these roles lies on the German market, which is why proficient German skills are required.
Note : the location for this role is at our Head Office in Venlo, near the German border.
In collaboration with the employer branding team you will implement, monitor and analyze social media campaigns.
You search and select suitable channels to reach our target group.
You are responsible for content creation and publication of target group–specific posts, stories and reels videos in alignment with the pharma recruiting team and employer branding team. (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
