A green tech startup in Hamburg is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to establish a recruiting function from the ground up. This role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition for commercial, finance, trading, and tech positions, designing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a transparent candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in tech recruiting, is fluent in English, and is passionate about building processes and driving collaboration. The position is fixed-term for one year with the possibility of extension.

suena energy is a green tech startup from Hamburg specializing in algorithmic energy trading for battery storage systems and renewables.
Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewables on short-term electricity and balancing markets – while minimizing risks.
We are a team of 38 people, combining a warm, supportive team culture with true startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we’re expanding our team and now building up our in-house talent acquisition function.
Since July, we’ve had the support of a freelance Talent Partner who has already set up some initial structures - so you won’t be starting from zero, but will have a solid foundation to build and scale on.
Please note: This position is fixed-term for one year and may be extended depending on business needs.
