Qualifikationen

• 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung als Aircraft Systems Engineer in anerkannten Luft- und Raumfahrtunternehmen.
• Umfassendes und interdisziplinäres Wissen in allen Bereichen der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Ingenieurteams von 10-15 Ingenieuren von Vorteil.
• Proaktive Denkweise, hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Teamarbeit.

• Anwendung von Systems Engineering Methoden und Prozessen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Application of systems engineering methods and processes, including and not limited to requirements management, FMECA, and relevant documentation


• Detailed designing, developing and maintaining complex systems for a supersonic airplane using aviation and/or space standards


• Technical evaluation of aircraft configuration designs using transonic and supersonic aerodynamics and aerothermodynamics, turbine and rocket engine data, and performance variables for intended operation of the aircraft


• Conduct aircraft trajectory simulations and optimization, mass estimation and power budgets


• Keep track of all design changes and their overall effect on aircraft performance


• Support in system and subsystem tests for certification of the airplane


• Rapid technical decision-making within tight deadlines

Dein Profil

• 3-4 years of experience as aircraft systems engineer in reputed aerospace companies


• Extensive and inter-disciplinary knowledge across all aerospace engineering fields


• Experience with CAD and CFD/FEM software in addition to strong programming skills


• Experience in managing engineering teams of 10-15 engineers is an advantage


• Work experience in a start-up environment is an advantage


• Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills


• Proficiency in both German and English
