Qualifikationen

• Mindestens mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist oder Anwalt.
• Fachkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und Ziel orientierte Rechtsberatung.
• Verständliche und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (B2).

Aufgaben

• Verträge für Windenergieprojekte entwerfen und verhandeln.
• Windenergieprojekte über alle Phasen bis zur Repowering begleiten.
• In interdisziplinären Teams eng mit technischen und kaufmännischen Bereichen zusammenarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

• You design and negotiate contracts for wind energy projects in the CNE region and develop innovative legal solutions with colleagues.
• You accompany wind energy projects through the entire realization and operation phase—from planning to repowering—and take responsibility for legal clarity and safety.
• In interdisciplinary teams you work closely with technical and commercial areas and contribute your perspective as a team player.
• You support the CNE region and global functions in process design and optimization and thereby contribute to the strategic development of our organization and products.
• You contribute to international corporate projects and bring your cross‑functional viewpoint forward.
• You transfer your knowledge through training and keep legal developments in mind.

Deine Qualifikationen

Must-haves

• You have successfully completed the 2nd legal state exam with at least satisfactory grades.
• You have several years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer or attorney.
• You bring contract law expertise and the goal‑oriented legal advice under commercial and technical requirements is second nature to you.
• You can convey complex content understandably and communicate clearly and solution oriented in German (C2) and English (B2), written and spoken.

Nice-to-haves

• You ideally specialize in commercial or building law.
• You have experience in an international corporate environment.
