German-speaking Customer Support Specialists Athens Greece


Were seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers, solve problems, and create lasting positive experiences.


Youll be working on-site with a supportive, international team, helping users via phone, email, or chat while living and working in one of Europes sunniest and most historic destinations!


What Youll Be Doing


  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

  • Handling requests via phone, email, and chat in German

  • Troubleshooting technical or account‑related issues

  • Escalating complex cases when necessary

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow‑ups

  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems


Salary & Benefits


  • Monthly Salary: Between 1,400 – 1,600 (depending on the project & your profile)

  • Performance Bonus: Additional monthly incentives

  • On‑Site Position: Based in Greece – enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career!

  • Full Training: Between 10 days and 3 weeks, depending on the project (paid)


Relocation Package (For Candidates from Within the EU)
