Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate, implement, and execute supply chain control between FMRE and General Procurement, including monitoring performance and harmonizing contract reviews.
  2. Implement the FMRE supply chain strategy and support the contractual roadmap overview.
  3. Harmonize the supply chain performance system (KPIs), consolidate performance data, and support digital development for supply chain management.
  4. Assist in quality assessment during tender processes (Call for Tender, CFT).
  5. Create and update supply chain policies, lead awareness events, and training sessions for FMRE teams.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain/logistics, stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge in change management and project management.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and understand complex systems.
  • Independent, structured, results-oriented work style.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across all levels.
  • Proficient in German and English.
