In this role, the Sr Solution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Rapid Response to achieve sustained value.

Responsibilities

• Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements
• Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs
• Configure Rapid Response according to the functionality of the customer’s source systems
• Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results
• Integrate and customize Rapid Response to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements
• Provide high levels of customer service

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience
• Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning : i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization.
• Develop the Rapid Response resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide functionality.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience leading supply chain teams, training or projects; full project management experience preferred
• Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations.
• Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus
• Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus.
• Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus.
• Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment.
• An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaininga high level of client focus.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed
