Then you've come to the right place - as Deputy Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production runs efficiently, safely and smoothly.

Your tasks are:

• In close coordination with the shift supervisor, you will play an active role in production. You will control and operate our automated systems and carry out preparatory and follow-up work.
• You will ensure the operational readiness of the production facilities, buildings and outdoor areas
• You will also be involved in warehouse management: Receiving, shipping and picking raw materials, merchandise and finished goods are just as much a part of this as inventory management, storage location monitoring and preparation for stocktaking.
• Together with production management and quality management, you will ensure that legal requirements - particularly in the areas of quality, hygiene and safety - are adhered to and implemented.
• If the shift supervisor is absent, you will be responsible for coordinating employees and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

What we expect from you:

• You have technical training, e.g. as a mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, machine and plant operator or similar. Alternatively, you have a commercial qualification, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or similar, and a technical affinity. Career changers are also very welcome!
• Ideally, you have already gained ERP experience (e.g. Navision).
• You are an empathetic team player with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn.
• You work conscientiously, independently and on your own initiative.
• You have a very good knowledge of German (at least level B2) and a solid knowledge of English (at least level B1) for confident communication in everyday working life.
