Qualifikationen

  • At least 4 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce, SaaS.
  • Proficiency in analyzing accounts and recognizing market trends.
  • Comfortable using Google Spreadsheet functions like Pivot and VLookup.

  • Cooperate with Tradebyte Flagship accounts and develop them.
  • Analyze accounts and identify existing potentials.
  • Serve as the contact person for inquiries and escalations.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

The successful cooperation with Tradebyte Flagship accounts as well as their further development is your top priority

You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers

You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations

You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively connecting our services with the need of our brands

You have at least 4 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce, SaaS and fashion brands

Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers

You are comfortable working with Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot, VLookup etc.

Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships while also pitching services & opportunities

You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working

You bring excellent English skills, German is an advantage
