Your role

• Welcoming students and managing lease agreements
• Following up the implementation of features in Planon and managing the improvement of the software (regular contacts with the service provider)
• Allocating university accommodation
• Managing arrivals and departures in the university residences
• Following up payments and reinvoicing
• Monitoring, documenting and communicating information and data related to the management of lease agreements
• General communication tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, updating information on the website, updating information in the Planon tool (software used for accommodation)
• Managing complaints

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and conscientious Student Officer.

The recruited employee will be expected to provide highly responsible and professional services by handling administrative and organizational activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree and / or first experience in a comparable role
• Very good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written), German would be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of proficiency in standard IT tools (Excel mostly, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactivity, reliability, open-mindedness and diplomacy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international academic environment
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
