You’ll contribute to developing strategic plans, operating models, and business roadmaps that support long-term success.

In this role, you\'ll dive into research, analyze business data, and help recommend future-state solutions. Your findings might take the form of Power BI dashboards, client workshops, or presentations that guide teams toward actionable outcomes.

You\'ll build and apply skills in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, financial analysis, and business model design—all while gaining hands-on experience.

Be part of a meaningful summer project where your ideas and input truly matter—you\'ll help solve real business problems using the latest tech knowledge and innovation tools, culminating with an internship deliverable and showcase.

Dive into research and data analysis to uncover insights and help solve complex business challenges that drive value.

Sharpen your communication skills by presenting your ideas clearly and confidently in presentations and status meetings.

Leverage data visualization tools (think graphs, charts, and models) to help bring your analysis to life and hone storytelling skills.

Collaborate in-person with your team, clients, and leaders to build relationships, learn from others, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

Represent a global organization, where we value individuality, collaboration, and fresh talent like yours.

Receive ongoing support and guidance from a mentor who’ll help you grow professionally and navigate your summer experience.

Apply soft skills, including communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities.

This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients.

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through a structured, hypothesis-driven analytical approach.

Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, including basic financial or business analysis.

A growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and continuously improve in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
