• Innovative business models: You identify, validate, and implement new business models, working closely with our two presidents and founders
• Process Management: Active involvement in the development and refinement of internal and external processes.
• Market and trend observation: You continuously monitor market and industry trends and derive new strategic potential from them.
• Partnerships & collaborations: You will support the establishment of and actively manage internal and external partnerships and strategic collaborations.
• Business cases & analyses: You will prepare economic analyses and business cases for new offerings and projects.

Your profile

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in the field of business administration, management, entrepreneurship or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in business development, consulting, or strategic corporate development
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing new business models or growth-oriented projects
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects
• Critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks with an entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a structured, results‑oriented approach to work
