Strategic Growth Driver: You're responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with our most strategic accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for significant revenue growth and deepening engagement.

Relationship Maestro: You cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within strategic accounts, ensuring alignment and a shared vision for the future.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic, customer-facing role with a proven track record where you were directly responsible for driving revenue within the energy industry or at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • You have a strong strategic mindset and in combination with your deep knowledge of energy market trends you are able to steer the business relation towards new directions.
  • You effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Solution Engineering, Customer Success or Growth Services) to ensure seamless execution of the account plans.
  • You can evaluate and (de-)prioritize opportunities based on key performance indicators of a successful partnership.
  • You possess a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, making sound decisions to drive our customers' success and desired outcomes.
  • You are experienced in solution-selling methodologies, with a focus on understanding customer needs and aligning gridX's solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences as well as strong presentation skills for conveying account strategies and value propositions.
