Store Manager - Frankfurt

Join our team at Rituals as a Store Manager at Frankfurt Airport. Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Disciplinary responsibility for your stores team, including recruitment, personnel management, employee development, and team leadership, in close collaboration with your Area Manager.
2. Drive performance and take ownership of sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales initiatives.
3. Manage store operations effectively and targetedly, covering cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, store organization, and overall store management, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Lead day-to-day operations independently, setting an example both on the shop floor and in the administrative back office.

Qualifications:

• An authentic, optimistic, and resilient personality with an entrepreneurial and open mindset. Maintain a calm, solution-oriented, and business-focused perspective in challenging situations.
• A proactive and inspiring leader with a passion for people and a strong brand ambassador mindset. Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German (intermediate). Skilled in coaching, feedback, and empathetic leadership.
• Confident in using digital tools with a structured, flexible approach to work. Capable of planning, delegating, prioritizing, and resource management to ensure outstanding team performance.
• Passion for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry, with at least two years of experience in disciplinary leadership roles such as Store Manager or Shop Manager in a service-oriented sector.
