Your Responsibilities

• Leading multiple projects or a large complex project or program. Responsible for the most difficult and critical initiatives
• Be a leading edge expert in many languages and technologies and covering the full lifecycle of software and operations
• Define technical standards and ensure best practices across teams.
• Responsible that our architecture is clean robust easy to understand scalable and future proof
• Mentor senior engineers and foster technical growth in the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
• Collaborate with other teams to align development goals.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
• Drive great team atmosphere and be a role model in solution-design technical analysis output and quality
• Drive excellent developer experience
• Give honest direct unambiguous constructive but respectful feedback
• Excellent communicator inside and outside the team
• Consultant for other stakeholders with technical questions
• Independent leading engineer
• Responsible for output of the team as a whole

What youll bring to the team

• Expert in Java and related tools and technologies.
• Expert in software architecture and engineering large-scale system design as well as in multiple languages and areas.
• Basic Project Management knowledge
• Competent in leadership and managing technical teams professionally and or disciplinary.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving technical innovation and excellence.
• Competent in usability and user experience and mentor others in it
