We are looking for a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust model serving platform. This platform will be instrumental in deploying AI models efficiently and at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in model inferencing, software engineering, and experience with key technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, TensorRT, FastAPI, and Ray.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and develop a scalable and cost efficient model serving platform.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for deployment
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and performance.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and automated deployment processes.
• Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI for model inference services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand model serving requirements.
• Continuously explore and integrate new tools and technologies to improve the model serving infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Algorithms, Data Structures, Distributed Systems.
• Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and logging/monitoring solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good To Have

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with TensorRT, Triton and other inference engines
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools.
• Experience with distributed inference.
