• Oversee the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for integration with solar and wind power projects.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments to determine the practicality of BESS deployment.
• Analyze, model, and size BESS solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless compatibility between BESS, solar PV, and wind energy systems.
• Create, review, and refine technical specifications, system drawings, and project documentation.
• Ensure all designs and installations meet industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Track BESS performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Provide hands‑on support during commissioning, system testing, and performance verification.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in energy storage and renewable power systems.
• Offer mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
