Responsibilities

• You support the head chef in managing the gourmet restaurant at 2-star level
• You organize and coordinate the smooth running of the kitchen
• You develop creative menu ideas and implement them together with the team
• You lead, train and motivate the kitchen team
• You take responsibility for quality, productivity and hygiene
• You stand in for the head chef in his absence
