Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (w/m/d)

Join us at Capgemini as a Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (w/m/d).

We advise and support our clients in selecting, implementing, and integrating CRM solutions, focusing on optimizing and digitalizing business processes and industry-specific trends. Our CRM team works on innovative, complex projects across Germany with renowned international clients, using modern agile structures and offering extensive training opportunities. This position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide clients on technical solution concepts and implementation strategies
• Analyze and define technical requirements, selecting suitable technologies and tools within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
• Create scalable and sustainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 architectures
• Conduct technical workshops
• Contribute to expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise, including support during pre-sales

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in agile or hybrid project development
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Fluent in German and English
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
