Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and relevant support functions to diagnose and resolve technical or non‑technical software issues, including system bugs, performance concerns, and user challenges.
Thriving in fast‑paced, global team environments and contributing as a collaborative, reliable team player.

Building strong, trust‑based relationships by engaging in conversations that extend beyond the immediate project scope.
Communicating with presence, clarity, and confidence—effectively engaging audiences and fostering constructive dialogue.
Making informed decisions with confidence, while escalating challenges or risks appropriately and constructively.
Working independently, virtually, or as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and proactive collaboration.
Communicating effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, and adapting communication style across cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.
