Purpose of the position
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the high quality standards of our software applications throughout their entire lifecycle. You will use modern methods and technologies and continuously develop them further.
Your main task
As part of development projects, you will translate technical requirements into well-thought-out designs, stable architectures, and functional and testable code. You will work closely with testers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in agile projects within a matrix organization.
Your tasks in detail
- Development and continuous maintenance of our product software.
- Implementation of functional requirements in robust, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participation in architecture decisions and design reviews.
- Analysis and correction of software errors.
- Support with user training for our software products.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable qualification
- Very good German and English skills
- Practical experience through projects, internships, or professional experience
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Confident use of version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
