We are a fast-growing digital agency in Germany and help businesses optimize and automate their internal processes using modern software solutions. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for motivated Software Developers (m / f / d) who enjoy building digital workflows, interfaces, and automation systems.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our IT and business development teams to develop software solutions that streamline processes, improve data flow, and enhance efficiency across the organization. If you have experience with digital tools, APIs, automations, or low-code / no-code platforms — or if you have the ability to learn quickly and independently — then this position is the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate business processes using APIs, integrations, and modern no-code / low-code software tools
• Plan, design, and optimize digital workflows and business processes
• Build, maintain, and manage databases (Airtable, SQL, nocoDB, etc.)
• Document technical processes, systems, and integrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in software development or automation
• Good knowledge of APIs, integrations & HTTP Requests
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good command of English
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure when needed

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
• Basic knowledge of low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. n8n)
• Familiarity with automation or process-optimization projects
