A dynamic startup in Berlin is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead their social channel strategy, focusing on Instagram while expanding to other platforms. The successful candidate will optimize social profiles for conversions, engage with the community, manage daily content creation, and analyze performance. Strong experience in social media impact, creativity, and fluency in both English and German are essential. A portfolio is required upon application.
We’re looking for someone to turn our social presence into one of our most powerful growth and brand-building channels. You’ll be responsible for building and running channel strategies that drive awareness, relevance, and engagement, and fuel the full customer journey from first touch to loyal repeat purchases.
You’ll lead the transformation of our Instagram-first strategy while laying the foundations for a scalable social footprint across other platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and beyond). We’re a startup, so you can expect the role to be very hands-on: from shaping the strategy and creating content, to managing community interactions and tracking performance. You’ll work closely with our influencer, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure social is amplifying and integrating well with all channels.
