What you’ll build

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced executive communicator (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the voice of an Executive Board Member on social media while supporting his broader internal and external executive communications initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic messaging, content creation, and leadership impact.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage a compelling social media presence for the Board Member on LinkedIn, including an editorial calendar, posting cadence, and engagement strategy
  • Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content for LinkedIn that reflects the company’s and board member’s priorities, thought leadership, product offerings and organizational vision
  • Monitor analytics and trends to optimize social reach, engagement and audience growth.
  • Write speeches and talking points for various target audiences (internal and external)
  • Create content and work with designers to develop the respective visuals.
  • Plan, write, coordinate and execute keynotes for the Board Member, incl. content alignment and coordination with demo teams and/or customers.
  • Create content for and draft scripts for employee communications such as meetings, emails and videos.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging across channels and campaigns

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in executive communications, with a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives and driving impactful social media strategies for C-suite leaders
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities as well as stakeholders
  • Master’s degree in communications, socio-political studies, marketing or equivalent
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
